Life Member Raceday

On the 28th of September, the Racehorse Owners Association hosted a special event at Turffontein Racecourse, honoring the Life Members who have given years of dedication and support to the ROA and to the sport of horseracing. As a heartfelt gesture, each race on the day was named in honor of the Life Members as follows:

Race 1: ANTHONY JOANNIDES MAIDEN PLATE (F & M)

Invited to a delightful lunch, the Life Members in attendance enjoyed an afternoon of great company and exciting racing. We also presented them with a thoughtful gift as a token of our appreciation for their unwavering support over the years.

Earlier this month, we were thrilled to honor the Eastern Cape Life Members at the East Cape Awards and presented them with their gifts at Fairview Racecourse.

The Racehorse Owners Association is honored to celebrate these individuals, and we look forward to sharing many more milestones together in the years to come.
