Forever Friends Celebrates 500 Rehomed Thoroughbreds and Show Ring Success!
The Forever Friends Off The Track Thoroughbred (OTTB) rehoming program has reached an extraordinary milestone – the successful rehoming of their 500th Thoroughbred.
To mark this special occasion and show appreciation to the incredible community that has supported their journey, Forever Friends announced an exciting giveaway of five Mystery Boxes, celebrating not only their milestone but also the growing success of Thoroughbreds in new disciplines. The celebrations didn’t end there. October has been filled with triumphs, as Forever Friends’ rehomed horses achieved exceptional results at both the WMG (Western Mounted Games) Nationals and the Thoroughbred Series Finals. Their performances across various levels highlighted the remarkable versatility, athleticism, and heart of thoroughbreds.

We caught up with Katelyn Whittington, who expressed her immense pride in seeing so many former racehorses thriving in their new careers. “It’s been so rewarding to watch these horses transition from the racetrack to the show arena,” Katelyn shared. “Each one has its own story, and seeing them mature, gain confidence, and build strong partnerships with their riders is truly special.”
